Homes by Parklane built our beautiful home in Rolleston. Ashish was our Sales Consultant he always communicated well and very informative. He helped us making few tough decisions in the process of building which we wouldn't be able make without his advice.

After wading through approximately 150 house plans and reviewing a number of building companies, we decided to go with James Maher and the team at Parklane.
Good use of space, quality of build, reliability and cost effectiveness were our big drivers, and we were not disappointed. An added bonus was a secure building site equipped with a monitored security camera.
The experience was a joy from start to finish. Slight alterations to our choice of plan wasn’t an issue and we were led through cladding, kitchen, hardware and colour choices in a way that didn’t create stress.
Everything was done in a timely manner and were kept up to date. Dom and Mary totally had their fingers on the pulse when it came to ensuring quality control.
In the end we have a stunning quality house and the icing on the cake is it came in UNDER BUDGET!!!!
